Our Kids Program helps young students build focus, listening skills, coordination, and confidence through structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling. Classes are coach-led, beginner-friendly, and designed to help kids learn real martial arts without pressure or confusion.

Kosen Judo

Kosen Judo helps students understand grips, balance, throws, trips, pins, and ground transitions. It is trained alongside our Jiu-Jitsu curriculum so students build a complete grappling game from the feet to the floor.

Placement is determined by age, size, and aptitude, not age alone. Students may be moved between programs when it best serves safety and long-term development.
