Our Kids Program helps young students build focus, listening skills, coordination, and confidence through structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling. Classes are coach-led, beginner-friendly, and designed to help kids learn real martial arts without pressure or confusion.

Students learn positional control, escapes, guard work, passing, submissions, pressure, and practical self-defense through a coach-led curriculum. American Jiu-Jitsu influence keeps the training connected to wrestling, standing exchanges, and real transitions.

Kosen Judo helps students understand grips, balance, throws, trips, pins, and ground transitions. It is trained alongside our Jiu-Jitsu curriculum so students build a complete grappling game from the feet to the floor.

Pressure, takedowns, scrambles
Wrestling and No-Gi classes build takedowns, top pressure, scrambling, body control, and the ability to dictate where training happens. Beginners are coached through fundamentals before intensity increases.
